    Now that I've been doing this for like 2 months or so, do all these colleges and unis just crib off each other? Is there a database somewhere with questions that are all the same they compile their tests from? Half the poo I answer I have seen verbatim somewhere else lol

    Yeah, there are standardized question banks which researchers can use. The questions are already vetted and confirmed to measure what they're supposed to measure. It's amazingly hard coming up with good questions that measure the thing you are actually trying to measure without influencing the person answering the question.
