    I've been having lower back pain for about a year now. Finally decided a couple weeks ago to go see a doctor about it and had an MRI done this past weekend. I have a pretty bad herniation that goes across both my left and right side (If I understood him correctly, it's possible I didn't lol) so he wants to go in and get it fixed.
