    If I set panda crazy to try to catch will HITs will it collect only the few you can do a day or will it collect more? I'm a bit afraid of being left with some i need to return and then being locked out of the Zoltar ones for 10 hours.

    It will only collect what you can do. But with any Endor hit, if you have to return one because of a capped message, you don't get the lockout.
