Do you need me to find a decent cheap keyboard/mouse for you?

Clicking why you can't do them will just show you all the quals - just because it showed the blocked qual doesn't mean you have the blocked qual. If it said "Block qual is 100" (or whatever it is) and it showed "You meet this qualification", then you'd have their block qualification. But it doesn't mean that's the qualification you meet. It might be geographical, or any other qual you do or don't have.

And having a block qual isn't the same as being blocked, "hard" or "soft" (which, iirc, there's no such thing - everything is just a block).

 

Are you just wanting to use it for turking and general internet browsing? If so, this is a decent spec prebuilt that you can mildly upgrade later.

wifi and ethernet, keyboard and mouse included. You could add another stick of ram later if you want as long as you get a UDIMM, a gtx 1050 ti would work with this without the need to upgrade the Power Supply and you could switch to or add an SSD later for faster loading. Heck, you could add an SSD right away and still be under $500. Well, maybe not after tax.

 

Try and contact them on the matter. I've heard they are responsive. I dunno for sure, though.
