    at this point I'm only running panda crazy and OW the only way I found so far to stop the multiple excepting is to panda the batch with a que limit of 2

    Have you been running pandas for anything else while working on it?
    If you hit a pre on submit, the hit won't always submit properly. MTS automatically refreshes the page on pre, which will accept the next hit even if the old one didn't submit. I've seen it sometimes while working on a batch while running pandas. If you're not running any other requests, then :dunno:
