    I use mturksuite with HC. A lot of folks use Pandacrazy. Some people still use Turkmaster, but that's pretty out of date.

    I use http://pandacrazy.allbyjohn.com/ , but their is one built into MTS without the customization or without any of the features, which is also good at times.
