    I make edamame noodles for Matt! I can't eat that without getting deathly ill, but I'll make him the edamame pasta and some normal spaghetti or whatever for myself. He's a big fan!

    That's awesome! How do you make them? I like these because I eat meatless spaghetti/thai/etc. often but this still has a good bit of protein.

    Them being the noodles, obviously :D

    Depends on the recipe. I make a killer sauce every couple weeks to stock the fridge for when Matt is hungry, and I'll sometimes just keep it simple like that. But, I like using it with stuff like mongolian beef and chicken teriyaki and the like. I also make a general tso's sauce and stiry fry tofu and cauliflower with it for Matt. Matt is nutso for tofu. I cannot make myself like it no matter how hard I try. I made a lemon basil sauce recently and did a mix of normal pasta and edamame noodles for Matt, he was slurping the bowl so I can only assume it was a job well done.

    Real dumb... I read the first post as in you like made the edamame noodles yourself. Not bought them from the store. But I appreciate the recipes.

    I have made them from scratch, by pureeing edamame and mixing it with normal fresh pasta dough, but it's just kinda a pain in the ass to do and outside of Matt asking me to specifically, I probably won't do it again any time soon.
