    My ISP (Comcast) started doing that about a year ago, it's really lame so my internet bill doubled because I had to pay for unlimited so I basically pay for just unlimited internet what most people pay for capped internet plus cable.

    It really sucks when they target us cord cutters and we are a intense net using family the cap is 1024 GB's, we use about 3500 GB's a month.
