Federal minimum wage should already be $10 an hour. Trump says he wants to raise it to this level at least or more but at the same time each state does differ and this among many other factors have to be taken into account. Democrats claim they want to raise minimum wage to $15 based on morals, politics and empathy yet with an utter lack of common sense. Almost literally every economist agrees if you raise the minimum wage too high it will in turn affect businesses. In fact not only will raising the minimum wage too high affect businesses but the very poor people it is intended to help. It would kill people’s jobs, reduce their hours and take-home pay. Raising the minimum wage too high would be like what Obama Care already did to the job market but on steroids. You thought the end of overtime and people being forced to work multiple part time jobs to make ends was bad.
