    I know someone who's 'practically vegan' and will insert it in front of everything.

    "I'm eating these VEGAN beans" >_>

    And then when they don't eat vegan..

    "I'm eating this PRACTICALLY VEGAN KFC." -_-

    So idk what they're doing but it's already probably more vegan than this person.

    It is one thing to eat vegan shit for health reasons or because you don't want to eat meat or w/e. But randomly eating some 'vegan' food won't help you lose weight if you still eat a shit ton of it.
