If you ever are at risk for something like that I suggest submitting it early with a note and emailing the requester.

You can still email the requester and have them fix you up but it is easier for everyone if a hit is already submitted. Oh and ofc emailing the survey code once you finish.

I would just finish it and email them though. They are a decently communicative requester so you should be okay.
