I think I've heard that you do have to disclose a murder but I don't have direct knowledge about it.

As far as your scenario, I think that would definitely be a material fact necessitating disclosure provided the seller had some sort of reasonable reason to know about the potential damage associated with the blood. However I think that would be an entirely different rationale than the murder aspect and deal simply with liquid damage, regardless of that liquid happeneing to be blood. I think it would be the same as a house having water damage not visible to routine inspection. If the seller knows about the liquid and knows, or has reason to know, that there could be future problems created by the liquid, I think they have a duty to disclose.

All of this is purely speculation though. A Google search would be much more informative for anyone who reads this other than @Lindsturk
