    Yes, scams with cashier's checks sending too much and asking to refund the rest has been going on for several years now. I've personally seen it at least 4 times in the last 4 years i've been at the bank. You can make fake cashier's checks (and bank money orders) pretty easily, unfortunately.

    You should aim for at least 15. I did 17 for good measure lol. They gave me a score of 50 initially, but it's at 80 now. I don't know what the deal with that is.
