Exactly lol. You can run an SNES emulator on a raspberry pi for a fraction of the cost. For $80 you could get enough power to emulate PS1 games and perhaps gamecube/wii.

 

I have a pi3 for that exact reason. Craziness. You can even buy the USB versions of the controller for like 10 bucks.

 

I went to click that link again and it says they're having problems lol. That shit is getting DDoSed.

 

The USB controllers that you can buy are a lot better than the POS that they gave people with the NES mini.

Oh and @EssArrBee if you are against stealing you wouldn't buy either of the devices. Nintendo was found guilty using stolen roms ripped from the internet on the devices lol

 

I paid $5 for my knockoff SNES controller. It works fine.

i've been using zsnes and it's fantastic.

and my real snes. it still works as well as the day i got it for christmas as a kid.

I've been using snes9x, I can't remember what actual issue I had with zsnes other than having issues with it. When I tried to reason that you could just hook your pc or laptop up to your tv with an emulator and a controller with my sister, she just said "it's not the same." I'm honestly failing to see how.

I was like 5 when Super Mario 64 came out and I played it more or less fine. Then again, I had older sisters to help me play, though they're not that much older than me.
