07/24 - Move It Monday

Honestly it doesn't matter what surface I'm on, sitting at all just puts too much pressure on it. I can basically only lay on my side.

It's a soft lump on the left side. I've had these before and usually they stop swelling/go away within a few days, but this is just unbearably painful. It hasn't been this bad ever. I'm hoping it gets better within the next few days because I'm a broke millenial without health insurance, lol.

More possible TMI.. ever got tested for shingles/cysts/pilonidal cysts?

@glossolalia sounds like a pilonidal cyst, they tend to pop up whenever they feel like it. The best part is not being able to sit/lay/walk or anything for a week.

Shingles doesn't necessarily present as a large rash or tons of blisters every time. when it shows up in that area, it can be very painful to the touch in the area and surrounding areas before any kind of lesion shows up.

 

Shingles without a rash is a legit diagnosis. They have to test for the antibodies to diagnose.
