I don't mind going out so much as that I have to drive 35+ minutes to Greenville to get the bulk of my groceries if I don't want to spend an arm and a leg 20 minutes to the local stuff. So, if I can have it brought to my porch for a decent price, I go for it.

Depends on what you get. I use fresh but some things are cheaper at the local stores so I wait to get those things. Shoes depend. Often the same shoes vary widely in price by size and color. I did find a pair of orthopedic shoes (usually $200) on clearance for $29 you just have to search around and learn what you can get cheaper else where. Though sometimes I'm willing to pay a little more to have stuff delivered because I can't drive.
