If you care about 10 (or even 50) ms its time to write your own code. 99% of people couldn't even read the title of a HIT in your video before the button would be there to press.

That would be the way to go if you're doing cash. Even in the US, FedEx or something express is better. Once you seal the envelope, it's highly unlikely to be opened by anyone except the shadiest of delivery people. For USPS, it's gotta be Priority or Express Mail to have a legitimate shot of reaching you.

And though I've suspected this and didn't know for sure for a while, my cousin was a USPS summer intern once upon a time and was like, "SO, never send money or gift cards through the regular mail, they won't reach their destination in all likelihood." I was like, won't they know it's been opened and be obvious. Yeah, no. He said they've got all kinds of tactics and you won't have a clue that it's been disturbed.
