07/31 - Monotonous Monday

hey @ChrisTurk @jessers and other VRAPI peeps. If our proof is matching exterior and a name match....do I need to give a screen shot of anything other than the exteriors? How do I prove the name match? Should I look it up on the assessors website and do a screenshot of that?

It just seems excessive if it's in the excel file and I don't want to burden the checker with extra work....

Screenshots increase your workload but decrease the clerk/validator's workload.

So depends on which you care about more I guess.

I've been using the yes script on them, and they are even better with way less clicking

 

ah yes I saw your script the other day, forgot to grab it though. I have @Kadauchi's donation script, so it's only 4 keystrokes to get the two answers, submit them, and pop to the next page, so with a keypad they're not bad. My issues is with the loading times. I'll tab to the next page and it's just white while it waits to load, and this is a tab that's already been open for about 2 minutes

 

gah, when am I going to learn, listings including the words "private" and "lake" aren't going to be on street view....

 

Is there a way for one to delete their own posts? Just curious...

 

Only edit (so long as a thread is open, so if a daily is locked and you need something removed DM me), deleting them tends to send robots into a fit of 404 induced rage lol.

 

You can always edit them

 

I've found a few. The problem is getting an accurate address from it to be honest. That's the real Grinch.

For which I'd say.. just steal someone else's library, there are tons of very well fleshed out ones available. Find an updated one, don't rip the stuff from the old venue quality scripts & stuff lol.
