I wasn't scrubbing the hell out of my skin with it. lol It will make your skin raw very quickly if you keep going over the same spot. If it is really dead skin you don't really feel that part of it. The suction part really just feels like when you stick your hand over the end of a vacuum cleaner. It doesn't hurt, but it will make your face red because it is pulling blood to the surface. It will leave a little hickey on you if you leave it on the same spot too long.

You don't need insane technology to have a good skin.

Eat a proper diet, i.e. avoid excess sugars and excess carbs.
Drink a ton of water, large a large gallon glass jug by the table and poor it out to smaller bottles, finish the jar every single day.
Exercise, doesn't matter if you walk slow or w.e., just do something to break a sweat.
Eat some fiber to keep your digestive system functional and make pooping easier.
Eat your daily fats and proteins, obviously don't over do it if you don't need the extra fats for gains.
Eat fruits but don't go crazy, some fruits have an insane amount of sugars.
Walk out in the sun for like 30 minutes a day, vitamin D keeps you happy.
LASTLY STOP TAKING MULTIVITAMINS, unless you're deficient as determined by a real doctor.

Skin care.
Stop using physical abrasives to remove dead skin cells, use extremely low level acids such as 5% glycolic acid to remove daily dead skin cells.
Cleanse your face once a day, when you feel gross but can't take a shower yet.
Moisturize often
Use sunscreen when you expect to go for a long period of times in the sun.
Use benzoyl peroxide or other equivalents to spot treat skin problems such as acne. benzoyl peroxide should work on most average acne if it isn't out of control and is cystic.

This doesn't sound easy. Mostly the water part. Sometimes, I will go the entire day and realize I have not drank a thing because I am trying to drink more water but can't stand that it only tastes wet.
