07/31 - Monotonous Monday

One of the benefits is that nothing a requester will ever use will have a conflict with a radiation symbol. It's also a statement about the code.
And it's also a statement of the people who use the script, without having a basic understanding of what it does.
It's not as clever as injecting Selma Hayek as a metaphor for heroin (bang bang, oh yeah) but it did make people enjoying free shit whine.*

Of course, for a script that's been around for awhile, doesn't require donations, does exactly what it's supposed to do, is consistently updated, even has helpful comments on AHKs, and apparently is used by many people, you'd think mentioning a whacky symbol or two might come second to "Thanks" or "Mixing vanilla js and jquery? What, are you trying to be hired at Microsoft?!"

I refuse to believe anyone would intentionally write bad code.

That's almost as absurd as releasing buggy scripts, or extensions.

Disclaimer: I still use TurkAssist and TurkMaster and the original Overwatch, and Kadauchi's "Mturk Dashboard" 1.7.1, all of which continue to work wonderfully for me.

I don't like water either. I alternate it with vitamin water zero that's sweetened with stevia. Still don't drink as much water as I should but I do better now.

I sometimes use those crappy artificial flavor packs. They're only like 5 calories each so I don't feel as bad about drinking them as I would with soda or juice.

 

The good news in about another month the colleges are going to be back at full-time.

 

Same here. The crystal light energy citrus flavor is my go to drink. Takes a bit of trial and error to find the flavors you like, but it's a great way to start drinking more water.

I buy sucralose in bulk to sweeten my drinks. It doesnt have that crap in it like the other cup for cup sweeteners do and like 1/8 of a teaspoon will sweeten a gallon of tea

 

You may want to get the crystal light pure and not the regular kind. The regular one has aspartame in it. I used to use it years ago to sweeten my tea and after about a year I developed huge hives on my joints (wrists, elbows, knees and ankles) that burned like no tomorrow.

 

I can see all of that mentality. I just skimmed it for a second, but yeah I get it. I didn't even see you actually put the date on there and it was updated a few days ago. I always feel like most scripts are abandoned or something.

 

I've been using it for years without any issue, but my plan is to wean myself off it and go strictly water. As you can tell by the fact I've been drinking the stuff for years, that plan is taking a little longer than I'd hoped....

It may not have as much aspartame as I was using in my tea or you may not be as sensitive to it as I am. It's just one of those suspect "bad" sweeteners. Whatever works for you

I don't like artificial sweetener either. And vitamin water gives me a strange mental block, because it is colorful, and then has just a slight amount of taste. I know, whine whine whine excuses excuses, but no problems get solved.

I prefer using a lemon. But most of the time I am too lazy to move the water to a cup, so the lemons just kinda hang out for a long time.
