I got the bonus. This will cover 1/4 of the popcorn or drink I am paying for the movies I am taking my daughter to today. So far I am 32 (that included a way to generous tip) for food + 60 for points to play Dave and Buster games..(not counting the 7 dollars for coffees) so I had a -99 PE for yesterday and probably the same for today (but it is worth it to spend time with the kid )

I don't have any experience with the people doing the installation, but we got the u-verse fiber thing about a year ago. Have not had any issues with it since it was installed!

 

If nothing else having a 2nd option means you can usually get a hold of your company's "customer retention" line and they may offer you discounts/promos to not switch. Kinda hit/miss but worth a shot.
