If you submit a HIT and it just vanishes into the ether, what are the possible reasons for that? It's not on the wrong day or anything, it's just not in my dashboard. It was a makeup HIT, so I can easily contact the requester they just put this one out for me. But before I do that, I'm wondering what happened. Like too short of time on the timer, and it invalidated it. Not clicking on the survey link inside I wouldn't think would have an effect, but could it?
