    True, true. You really only need one or the other. I use both because I'm obsessed. OW searches for requesters or GID's you ask it to, HF will search everything based off a variety of things, TO, minimum amount of hits, minimum reward amount, etc. I use HF to search for what's just currently being posted by everyone, and then OW for what I know & like to do.

    Under the options in HF, change the 'Delay'. (It is in seconds, so setting it to 60 would be a minute, 900 would be 15 minutes...)
