    ditto, I much prefer those for some reason... probably because it's less thinking, and 1 always means yes and 2 always means no and I don't have to go searching for n/a and translating it in my head to a number all the time...

I figure plain ol' husk should be pretty simple to figure out once I find some good choices. My criteria is pretty much "ingredient: psyllium husk." :lol:

    Honestly it's mostly that I'm just paying for sugar that I'm not consuming, it's the frugality aspect more than anything else. My consumption process is excessively simple. Ice cold water in a mug, couple scoops, whisk for like 5 seconds, gulp quickly while leaving the last 10% in the cup cuz all of the sugar is settled at the bottom. :lol:

    Ah, gotcha. I just get store brand psyllium husks (but sometimes get benefiber) and you had me freaking out for a second that regular store bought husks aren't safe. Ugh, I feel like buying anything anymore is a big scary 'will it kill me' experience.
