Sorry, I didn't see this yesterday, it got crazy at work and I forgot to check back. Bookmarklets don't work on the pages inside the mturk frame, they only work on the main page (IE mturk.com when looking at an mturk hit). There's no way around this, unfortunately.

Iframes are difficult anyway. Some pages don't allow embedding, some pages are ok with it. Depends on what you're trying to do. Your best bet would be to create a userscript for it.
