    And this is why I like using dedicated servers.. fuck that noise of sharing... Dedicated servers from what I have gathered end up being cheaper but require more work as you will have to install the server from scratch and deal with security stuff on your own. Most likely your host will fix stuff anyways (You use digitalocean right? They are pretty good so you should be fine)

    Slow day, so I finally read that "Stanley" article someone linked to above. It's kind of hilarious (and sad) that someone saw fit to make that guy a mod...like, due diligence anyone? In general, though, I guess I don't share the moral outrage of others at having been deceived by him. He was a pathological liar, sure, but reasonably entertaining company, and as I recall a fairly helpful member of the community.

    So "RIP" and godspeed, Stanley, where'er you may be...
