08/08 - Tingly Tuesday!

Appraisal was done yesterday on our house (with only a 20 minute notice before he showed up ), and the underwriting was approved last night. Now just waiting on hear back on what appraisal came back at. Ready to be done with this so we can get started on fixing things and repainting!!

 

Time for bed for me. Happy that with that bonus. Sad I missed the C-SATS last night while I was working on my FT job.

They are actually pretty quick. I just skim and pick 1-3 snippets of them. All 430 of them I did the other day were approved with no issue even though I went through them quickly
