Not sure. He's not in my database but there has been a couple other $8 surveys the last couple days.

 

It uses the worker PRE pool instead of the www
It sleeps HITs based on GID and not RID
It displays accept links, preview links, requester links, has the HIT description, and allows you to see details like the reward and timer too
It has TTS alerts as well as simple sounds

and of course... it looks prettier
