We are all running that version. You have something else set wrong or an adblocker, popup blocker or something. It is not a default function of chrome
that is doing this.

I had not done that but I just tried and then tried to reinstall and I get this again....

I miss OW....I am thinking I might try setting up my desktop and using that....I am just not sure how good it is....it is actually one my brother built but it was a while ago

 

Do you have some other unsupported extension on this machine?

Also, OW is not an extension it is a script. Since you have this working on a work computer I assume you are installing OW the same way at home.
