When you have "Cut the cord" and you also spend your time in the MTurk world, you pretty much lose touch with whats going on in the news unless you have phone apps or such that alert you

 

So there was a storm here last night that apparently knocked out our router. So I have to wait til Best Buy opens at 10 AM to get a new one and use my hotspot til then...

Definitely wouldn't hurt. We're moving at the end of the month, though, and I'm trying to minimize purchases for a while (wife is a first year teacher, so we won't get a real paycheck til mid-late September), so guessing the protection will have to wait. We actually have another router I got from a friend, but Cox won't let us activate it because it hasn't been "released" by the owner (my friend got it in a storage unit auction).

 

Happy friday, folks. Just dropped off the lady at the airport. She'll be in Michigan and I'll be on double-cat and dog duty. Let the bachelor weekend commence.

I planned to turk and play Hearthstone, but something tells me I'll have to finish the 6 hours of closed qual trainings before they kick me to the curb >_>
