That stuff has salt, vinegar, and preservatives in it. When you buy it in the supermarket, it is not in the refrigerated section. It will be fine. If you want to keep it you can.

 

Well, it's sealed when you buy it at the store, which is why it says to refrigerate after opening. That seal has a lot to do with why it can stay in the cabinet till you open it. Now that it's opened and been exposed to air, it can breed bacteria.

I mean, people can still chance it but food safety is for real guys!

 

OK, On the thousand island question. I loaded up a salad with it and have a prescription for Promethezine (if you don't have this get your doc to write a script stat) and it gets rid of nausea damn fast! - So the experiment begins
