    Requestors - When you do a Part 1/Part 2 etc HIT. You really need to grant a qual that is required for the worker to have, to do the second part because we forget this stuff all the time and that is really the best way to control your group. Just FYI

    I have an aunt like that. Used to think there was an actual emergency since I had multiple messages on every number and texts and emails saying to call her. It's like the boy who cried wolf though, I'll never know when there's an actual problem when she goes overboard just to ask mundane shit.

    Well, speaking for old people (50 lol) with 20 somethings I am going to tell you they inform me all the time that my texts are too long, and other "etiquette" I don't send messages on more than one platform but yeah, I worry if my 20 year old doesn't text back, who lives hours away, (going to school) .. because we are under the impression cell phones have replaced most of your hands. So if you don't take the 8 seconds to answer, we assume you are out cold on the floor in need of medical assistance. I have made huge steps to correct my behavior. LOL. and my daughter has made steps to be respectful of my time as well. It took years to get to the place that I realize she has things like class, work, friends, and she can't always have a convo with me. She on the other hand has got to the place she will send one word: busy, work, class. LOL. It works for us.
