i know.....i miss those PANDAs.....

 

My thing with the bloody ones is part of me always biases saying that they did passable because I hope they do well... If they do poorly a real person could have gotten hurt. But the student ones without blood I am super strict on as it is more obvious when they fuck up.

 

i've seen the epic crappy inside stitching on some of those hernias from a few weeks ago. i almost cried cause i could just see the pending lawsuit lol

 

You could think about it the other way too. By finding and marking those who do not pass they get pulled aside and receive extra practice. Therefore you save someone from having inadequate surgery performed.

 

Hmm that might be a good idea.. I'll prob start doing that now.

Normally I have made notes of what they did wrong on the various steps and then said they passed because the person didn't bleed out on the table... it just is hard to keep myself from getting depressed when I do those bloody ones.

 

Not sure. RandomActs from this forum and Turker from MTC both work the night shift, or at least 'afternoons' of some kind, and both seem to be top earners here

I myself have had a lot of good nights back when most people didn't like them. Really worked a9's/rnr's/a few other steady HITs, as well as some unusual batches and HITs that would post during the midnight hours(some really good transcriptions would post, etc)

I'm debating what the best shift is, tbh.

 

When I was making the big bucks I was waking up at like 9-10 AM PST .. right now my sleep cycle is fucked.. but I'm slowly getting better.
