    Anyone have the script that will help me force a specific day in hit database to update? My numbers arent adding up again for some reason and I keep getting errors.

    My schedule is:

    6:30am wakeup, exercise, shower, coffee
    7:00 leave for work
    8:00-8:00 work
    8:00-9:00pm either gym or volunteer
    10:00pm return home, eat
    10:10pm to 3:30-4am turk

    but sometimes they force me to take a day off, but it usually ends up on a weekend so I get doubly screwed because the weekends are usually so dead on turk :?I

    I go for days with only about 3 hours sleep but then It will hit me and I will sleep for two days straight
