    :hug:Still might want to email them, ask if there's something in particular that was inaccurate and if you can watch an additional training video or something to get the block removed. Can't hurt to try

    Honestly I suggest emailing the CSATS guys or jumping over to MTC and asking the rep that is on their forum.
