there needs to be a happy crying emoji. that's seriously so amazing. i've been finding that those strong memories become harder to find the longer time passes, but they do find their way through and knock the wind out of you. it's so bittersweet, i totally get it. even though i grew up with a few classic cars, there was never one that felt like "mine" like that. i'm so glad you have that, and especially that you're able to pass it on to your little dude! and your wife is so amazing for understanding and encouraging it, not many people would. i can't wait to see all of the progress and forthcoming pics! that kid better come out wielding a socket wrench, i'm sure you're ready to get started already, haha.
