08/22 - Tiny Bit Tuesday!

We have place that opened up last year I think. It's a 24 hour doughnut shop called Hurtz donuts or something dumb like that... but they always post on facebook when the line gets under an hour. When they first opened people were standing in line for 3 or 4 hours. I was like... you people know it's just doughnuts at the end of that line right? You couldn't pay me to go through that shit lol.

Oh nothing I just randomly thought of that in my rambles. But there were scripts removed from people a while back, which was when I learned about the whole namespace thing. Havnt seen it shred since then, figured what the hay.

@Outer1 Honestly, I don't know. There could be something better but I say just use what works for you, when it stops working for yah try something new. That what I do anyway. lol

I almost had this happen with a script I bought off of somebody. After a month or so it wasn't even on my computer anymore but fortunately I copied the code previously and changed a few (fairly) insignificant things inside it that prevented it from getting removed. I have since learned to create copies of all of my scripts on an offline location juuuust in case. (like if zoltar came back and we didn't have access to that script anymore)

 

Causes a 500ms (give or take) delay when loading the page. Which was annoying me to no end. Heard someone say MTS was buggy yesterday, so decided to remove it. voila, mturk loads nice and smooth again.

Yeah that is smart. I think removing the namespace makes it so that the script 1. No longer updates automatically. which is a plus in itself, in case it is edited and the author breaks the previous version or changes it. Gives you the choice to update. and 2. What I mentioned before the whole not deleting scripts out of peoples library thing. Definitely a win win to practice keeping updated backups.
