    Preparation
Position rack in top third of oven and preheat to 425°F. Place bread, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 5 minutes. ...
Spread tomato sauce on cut sides of bread. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and red-pepper flakes, if using.
Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown, about 10 minutes.

    Pizza on french bread.

    LOL

Really easy to make - either get french bread, slice it open the long way (like a hotdog bun) and put pizza toppings on it and throw in the oven.

Or if you're really lazy, Stouffer's has some too, but homemade is best.

Right after I moved out and before I figured out how to cook, I used to live on Tyson frozen chicken and french bread pizza.

It's kinda amazing that I lived through that period.

    You have a slowcooker?

3 chicken breasts and a can of salsa. Put chicken breasts in salsa. Cook on low for like 8 hours. Shred chicken.

BOOM. Salsa chicken. You can put it in a quesadilla, you can put it in taco shells, you can put it in an enchilada, you can just eat it. Makes enough for like 4 meals.

I actually really dislike most frozen food these days, mainly because that's mostly what I ate in college, since I was always on the go and didn't have time to cook something decent. But I've loved to cook ever since I graduated, so yay.
