It's wierd, I feel fine when i only get like 3 hours of sleep. If I get more I am sleepy

A lot of that has to do with when you are waking up in your sleep cycle. If you wake up during REM, you're going to feel fired.
I think. They covered sleep in my psych class in college, but that was like 10 years ago.

Pretty much this. They have alarms (including very useful ones for your phone) that actually wake you up at the best point in a set time frame. So, if I set mine to wake me up by 8:30, it picks the best part of my sleep cycle to wake me up sometime before that. I usually only use mine for naps though and it's A+.

 

mystery solved, one coworker is sick, the other one just started taking her kid to day care (and it's not going well) and my two bosses come in when they want.
