I can't get it to click the submit button but you can use this to press 1 or 2 for positive/negative and keep your mouse cursor over the submit button and click to submit.

There was something about a scammers qual, but I think if anyone has actually gotten it, they'd be too ashamed to admit to it.

Maybe. I think it was a while ago and they temporarily blocked people. I think that is when the GCs started.
