I call it the "Craigslist" approach.. just keep deleting your old listing and reposting hoping someone will take the junk off your lawn.

 

I wonder if he finally realized that we have zero reason to put any effort into the non bonus versions of his hit though. My work for those was low effort compared to my min maxing on the bonus ones.

 

I hope he adds new actions, there's only so many ways I can paraphrase "weild," "eat," and "go"...

Anyways I'm going to finally actually go to bed. Today actually ended up being a decent enough day. I mean I slept through most of the day but I still was able to pull together enough to keep today from being a wasted day.

Ah you are right. So only the top two people get less. I got the 1st place twice and now 2nd place though so I'm kind of salty with the pay change.

 

I'm just amazed that it took as long as it did to get these to actually work. I guess now that he's actually getting the data he can dial in the compensation to get the quality of work he wants. I just hope he doesn't switch to all new workers only hits.
