    ^Agreed. The primary purpose of an initial email, imo, is to let the requester know you're an actual human trying to do their best, and you had no intentions of doing them harm. It's about building trust and attracting more bees with honey than vinegar etc. etc.

    Maybe we should write a how-to for this :emoji_thinking:
