    Make'm work for that commission. I'm sure you've spelled out those requirements to them, so if they present you a property that doesn't meet those requirements, its the agent that's wasting your time not the other way around.

    Right landing strips are hard to find, right kitchens on the other hand can be built/redesigned from what you have. Just something to consider. :)

    I have blackout curtains in my room.. 10am or 10pm would be the same to me if stuff on mturk was active 24/7 instead of being most active in the mornings.
