My group did three or four rounds and all got the same day correctly. The "5th" round was demographic survey questions.

 

There are also plenty who share data between departments / universities so if your worker ID is on the list for a "Dice game study" at Dept Y of Uni X, any school/department that list gets shared with can screen you out.

Just google your own worker ID some time, more than likely if you do surveys you'll find it on public lists. Then imagine how many of them aren't just dropped publicly online
