If you want a quiet neighborhood, may as well ban kids at that point too- something I also think is dumb in a damn rental house. Finding a cat friendly place is even harder than a dog friendly one and a place even said we could have dogs if they were outdoors only, wait WAT NOW. I'm happy to pay big ass deposits and have the place cleaned- as always. My last 4 landlords are happy to vouch for us as good renters. I've never had this much of a problem in my life.
