Defection is the optimal strategy in single round prisoner dilemma, I don't care what information you presented to me about my opponent, it's irrelevant. If you let me play 20 or 30 paid rounds, maybe you'd get a different response? Just an idea.

I've never transferred money from mturk to amazon gift card before. Does it take the same time to process as it would to transfer to amazon payments account?

 

There isn't a reason to do that. Just send it to your amazon payments and you can still use that to buy shit from amazon from if you really want.

It's the same delay, and it's not worth doing because your amazon payments can be used in lieu of other payment types when you check out.

not everything on amazon can be purchased using payments. Definatly not Fresh and I think not digital content so you would need to transfer to gift card or wait till it went to payment then your bank
