    Yeah that's a bummer. I bought something from someone in my city so I messaged them and said they could just drop it off and pocket the shipping fee if they wanted. Instead, they refunded the cost on Paypal and stuffed it in my mailbox later that day. I guess they'd've been on the hook if I'd been a lying jerk and said it was never delivered tho.
