tbh if you time it exactly right you CAN do lower times on boil for greens it just is harder to pull off as it quickly will become bitter.

Dude. I'm right there with you. I have brown out several times a month and the power goes out at least once a month. If I hear thunder I know the powers going out. I mean, Fuck, What are they doing with that $350 I pay a month. I have to put UPS's on all my essential electronics just to keep them from getting damage when the power blinks out then back on.

 

I never use boiling for my teas. I find it gets bitter before steeped enough.

 

I mean, he didn't exactly go outdoors at the last house either. I think he's bonkers confused. Why he comes towards my voice but flees from my face is beyond me though. HI, STILL ME IN THE OUTDOORS BRO.
