Just posted this to my FB wall, but will share here too, 'cause ya'll are important to me. Not starting any wars or anything, just passing along information:

Regarding the Equifax breach, two things: 1) There is some wording on the site to check that will make you ineligible for any class action lawsuits that may (probably) pop up from this, so just be aware, and 2) ZDNet just put up an article that says the results of people's searches have been inconstant, concluding that the tool to check is basically useless. Just do some research before signing up for anything (just USING Equifax's website takes away your legal rights) and double check your passwords, etc with your banks and cc companies.
