We just got in from looking for him again- keep catching Bearnie's doppleganger. I can't tell if the cat is really dumb or really smart. On the one hand, he keeps getting caught in a cage but on the other hand, he gets sardines and cat food and knows we will let him out.

I checked which counties are under SOE and which are expected to get some flooding and whatnot and your brother will be A-OK, he's a good bit north of me and more to the west so his county is just supposed to get some rainfall and light winds.
